Risky Business is a coming of age film in which a high school student turns his parents’ house into a temporary business while they are away, after an initial misstep threatens to ruin his university prospects. The plot mixes comedy with themes of experimentation and unintended consequences.
Although light in tone, it can be used in introductory entrepreneurship or ethics discussions. It allows students to think about informal ventures, risk taking, consent and the difference between clever improvisation and reckless behaviour, helping to frame conversations about judgement and responsibility.

The teaching cases provide real-world examples and practical insights that can be used by students, educators, and professionals alike.
